Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed the next business day
• During peak periods or promotional sales, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
• Local Pickup: Available from our Booval Queensland location (by appointment only)

• Express Shipping: $17.95 AUD
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD (domestic only)
• Local Pickup: Free

International Shipping

• we currently do not ship internationally

Order Tracking

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched
• You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website

Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for Express deliveries
• Some remote areas in Australia may experience longer delivery times
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply

Special Considerations for Dog Treats

• Our treats are packaged to maintain freshness during transit
• During extreme heat conditions (above 35°C/95°F), we may use insulated packaging for an additional fee
• We recommend selecting Express Shipping during summer months to ensure product quality

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours
• For packages that show as delivered but you haven't received, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us
• Claims for lost packages must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date
