Daggie Dog Treats - Return and Refund Policy

Overview

At Daggie Dog Treats, we take pride in providing high-quality dog treats. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary, and we've created this policy to ensure a fair process for all our customers.

Food Safety and Quality

As our products are consumable pet treats:

  • We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed products for health and safety reasons
  • If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return

Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible product:

  1. Contact us at hello@daggiedogtreats.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order,  with REDFUND request in the subject line
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address information
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • The refund amount will include the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Exceptions

  • Customized or special order treats cannot be returned unless damaged or defective
  • Seasonal or limited-edition products may have different return eligibility
  • Products purchased during promotional sales may be subject to special return conditions

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
